I took some time, to explore the ways, to understand wood. How can I transform it, and why ? I had to find a meaning.

I needed more silence, more space, to create, to think, to exist. There is often too much noise, sometimes I can’t hear myself think. I’m searching for inner peace. I don’t want to make loudly objects. I want to create some kindness, like a soft skin, like a cloud. That is why I curve the edges, the object become peaceful, it reflects time, patience, and silence. I feel like inner peace. First when I sculpt the object, and then in the final shape of the wood.

It is difficult to find the balance, the good line, and the meaning of each object. It is difficult to curve wood, but at the end I feel impressed. I also feel that this kind of work is appreciated by the others.

We need to be impressed. I need to take time, I have to do my best, to reveal the inner beauty of the wood.

Le bois utilisé est récupéré dans des ressourceries et menuiseries locales, sous forme de chutes, planches de bois aux dimensions et essences variées. L’assemblage et le travail du bois est réalisé à la main, à l’atelier basé à Mulhouse, en Alsace.

Modèle unique réalisé entre le 20.09.2024 et le 07.01.2025, signé et délivré avec certificat d'authenticité. Un coffret sur mesure est réalisé pour chaque modèle, afin de garantir un transport en toute sécurité. Le numéro de suivi du colis est adressé au destinataire dès que l'objet est envoyé (délais de livraison : France 5-7 jours, international 10-15 jours).
